This is the information required by Articles III.74 and XII.6 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Code de droit économique) and by Article 2:20 of the Belgian Companies and Associations Code (Code des sociétés et des associations).
Activity
ProofPilot designs, develops and deploys bespoke software, automations and artificial intelligence systems for businesses.
These activities do not fall within any regulated profession and are not subject to any prior authorisation regime. ProofPilot does not adhere to any sector code of conduct. There is therefore no supervisory authority, no professional body and no code of conduct to mention here — which the law requires us to state where there is one.
Hosting and infrastructure
Belgian law does not require you to name your host — that obligation is French. We do it anyway, because it is useful information.
- Site interface — Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated).
- Database, authentication and server functions — Supabase, European Union region.
- Analytics — Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, servers in the European Union.
The detail of the processing operations, the processors and the transfers is set out in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, diagrams, animations, trade marks, logos and source code of this site are the property of ProofPilot SRL or of its licensors. They are protected by Book XI of the Code of Economic Law and by trade mark law. Any reproduction, communication to the public, adaptation, translation or extraction, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Three points.
- The names and logos of the clients and partners mentioned remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced with their agreement.
- Short quotation, with the source cited and a link to the original page, is free.
- This reservation covers the site, not our deliverables. The source code, documentation and data produced in the course of an engagement belong to the client, on the terms of the contract between us. That is a contractual commitment, not a form of words.
Links
Outbound links are provided for information. We control neither the content nor the data practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Linking to this site is free, on two conditions: that the link does not suggest a commercial relationship, an endorsement or an affiliation that does not exist, and that it does not display our pages inside a third party's frame.
Status of published content
Descriptions of services, stated lead times, indicative price ranges, the results of our calculators and the answers given by our conversational assistant are provided for guidance only. They constitute neither an offer within the meaning of the law of obligations nor a contractual commitment. Only a signed written quote setting out a precise scope binds ProofPilot.
We keep this site up to date with care, without guaranteeing that it is at all times free of error, complete or current. If you find an inaccuracy in it, write to us at hello@proof-pilot.io — we fix it.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. Maintenance, an incident at an infrastructure provider, force majeure: access may be suspended or restricted without notice and without compensation.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in detail in our privacy policy, which states, processing operation by processing operation, what is collected, why, on what lawful basis, who has access to it and how long it is kept.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This site and its use are governed by Belgian law.
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals acting in the course of their activity. We do not contract with consumers within the meaning of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law.
Any dispute relating to the site or its content falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant, sitting in Nivelles.
