From a customer need to a new HR service.
Group S customer research kept surfacing the same problem: recruitment remained difficult. Group S chose to address it by creating Workers, a new brand and service built around its HR expertise. We built the platform in 4 months and continue to evolve it with the team.

Workers
Workers is the new brand created by Group S to deliver a matchmaking recruitment service. It extends the group's HR expertise through a dedicated experience for candidates and employers.
How did it work before?
Group S customer research kept revealing a concrete pain point: companies struggled to find the right profiles and move recruitment forward efficiently. The answer could not be another tool. It had to be a complete service, with its own identity and simple journeys for both sides of the market.
Group S chose to turn that customer signal into a new offer: Workers. The brand had to be created, the platform behind the service built quickly, then product, operations and go-to-market had to keep moving together.
Step by step.
- Weeks 1–8
From service to platform
Translating the Workers offer into candidate and employer journeys, then building the foundation: data model, conversational assistant, automatic CV reading, matching and employer workspace. Candidates, jobs and matches live in one system.

Run and iterative maintenance
Monitoring, fixes and short iterations on the real journeys: every new need grafts onto the same data model instead of adding another tool.

Process automation
A series of processes that used to cost human time now run on their own: AI-assisted job writing, CV reading and structuring, profile ranking by relevance, match follow-up. The team decides, it no longer re-enters data.
- Ongoing
Product and marketing support
User support, project management, product management, product marketing and marketing. The product roadmap and the go-to-market are steered together, against the same indicators.
What is measurable.
