How did it work before?
The portfolio, availability, visits and maintenance jobs lived in separate tools. Preparing a listing also meant re-entering the same information and media in several languages. As the operation grew across Brussels and Antwerp, the team needed one reliable shared view it could act on immediately.
The goal was not to add another software package. It was to build the team's exact tool: maintain each piece of information once, then move smoothly from catalogue to publication.
